How the machine works

  1. Touchscreen. A 21.5 inch screen to choose products and pay.
  2. Cashless payment. Contactless card and phone payments only.
  3. Sealed products. Every product is a sealed, ambient cup, chosen from the drawers.
  4. Hot water dispenser. A separate outlet. Customers add their own water after they have paid. The outlet is locked while the machine is in operation.
  5. Collection bin. The product drops here.
Safety first. The dispenser outlet is locked while the machine is in operation. The machine does not heat or prepare food. Customers add hot water themselves from the separate dispenser. A clear on-screen warning will be shown for every product that needs hot water. Full safety details are provided to each site before installation. The machine is monitored remotely over 4G.
What we ask
One machine space per machine, and one standard 240V socket each.
What we handle
Delivery, installation, restocking, servicing and cleaning.
The machines
Cashless touchscreen units in two kinds: meals, and everyday snacks and drinks. A typical meals unit is 1940 mm high, 1403 mm wide and 790 mm deep. Specifications are confirmed for each site.
The range
Everyday staples plus products chosen with our community. The mix is agreed with each site.
Trial
Eight weeks, free to your site. If it is not right, we remove the machine.
Insurance
No machine goes in without public liability cover. We send you the certificate first.
Our record
We are new, and we have no track record yet. We would rather prove ourselves over eight weeks than ask you to take our word.
